1. Clean the surface thoroughly and allow it to dry fully before application.

2. Test on a small hidden area first, especially on decorative stone, coloured fabric or specialist finishes.

3. Apply evenly according to the product label instructions.

4. Allow the sealant to absorb into the surface; avoid pooling or over-application.

5. Leave to dry fully before normal use.

6. Reapply when the surface no longer repels water effectively.

Protection duration depends on the surface material, absorbency, weather exposure, foot traffic, cleaning frequency and application method. Use only on clean, dry and absorbent surfaces.

If water stays on top rather than soaking in, choose Non-Porous Surface Sealant instead.

For delicate, coloured, polished or specialist surfaces, always test first before full application.
