Solar Panel Protection

Protect solar panels from dirt, dust, water residue and outdoor build-up while supporting better light transmission and solar performance.

Why Protect Solar Panels?

Solar panels work best when sunlight can reach the glass clearly. Dirt, dust, rain residue, pollen and environmental build-up can reduce light transmission over time. Protecting the surface helps keep solar glass cleaner for longer, supporting better panel performance and easier maintenance.

Light Transmission

Helps keep solar glass clearer so panels can receive more light.

Dirt & Dust Build-Up

Helps reduce environmental residue sticking to the panel surface.

Performance Support

Applying Citrox Protect Solar Panel Shield to a solar panel to improve cleanliness, water repellency and long-term performanc

1

Clean & Dry

Test First

Apply to a small area before treating the full surface, especially on coated solar glass or specialist panel surfaces.

3

Apply Evenly

Apply according to the product instructions, avoiding pooling. Allow the surface to dry fully before normal use.

NOTE: Always follow solar panel manufacturer guidance and safe access procedures. Do not apply to hot panels, electrical components, or during rain, strong wind or unsafe access conditions.

Clean Before. Maintain After.

Surface protection starts with a clean surface. Use Surface Cleaner before applying your chosen sealant to help remove everyday dirt, grease and residue, then continue using it as part of regular care after protection has been applied.
