Ownership of Rights

All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by or licensed to Citrox Biosciences Ltd. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing such content in whole or in part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without our permission.

You may not modify, distribute or re-post anything on this website for any purpose without our prior written permission.

Making a Purchase

To make a purchase, browse our online store and add the items you wish to buy to your shopping cart.

Once you have finished your selection, proceed to checkout. You will be asked to provide the information required to complete your order, including your billing details, delivery details and payment information.

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which may include Visa, Mastercard and other payment options made available through our website payment provider.

If you are shopping from outside the UK, your card provider or payment provider may convert the transaction into your local currency and may apply its own exchange rate or fees. We are not responsible for any fees or exchange rates applied by your card provider, bank or payment provider.

Please ensure that all details entered at checkout are accurate before submitting your order.

Prices

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£), unless stated otherwise.

All prices and promotions are subject to change without notice. Any changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an item has been listed at an incorrect price, we may contact you before accepting your order to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price. If we are unable to contact you, or if you do not wish to proceed, we may cancel the order and refund any payment already made.

Tax Charges

All UK taxes currently applicable are included in the prices displayed on this website unless specifically stated otherwise.

If VAT applies, VAT will be charged in accordance with UK tax rules and will be included in the displayed price unless stated otherwise.

Ordering Errors

You are able to review and correct errors in your order before submitting it at checkout.

Please check your order carefully before clicking the final order confirmation or payment button. Once an order has been submitted, we will try to assist with changes where possible, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made if the order has already been processed or dispatched.

Acknowledgement and Acceptance of Your Order

After placing an order, you should receive an order acknowledgement by email. This confirms that we have received your order request.

Our acceptance of your order takes place when we dispatch the product or otherwise confirm that your order has been accepted.

We reserve the right not to accept an order, including where:

  • the product is unavailable;

  • payment has not been authorised;

  • there is an error in the product description or price;

  • delivery restrictions apply;

  • we suspect fraud or misuse; or

  • the order cannot be fulfilled for reasons outside our reasonable control.

If we cannot accept your order but payment has already been taken, we will issue a refund.

Availability and Back Orders

All products are subject to availability.

If an item you have ordered is unavailable, we will inform you as soon as possible. Where appropriate, we may offer you the option to wait for the product, accept an alternative product, or cancel the affected item or order.

You will always have the option to cancel your order if you do not wish to wait for a back-ordered item.

Delivery

We work hard to dispatch orders within three business days or sooner where possible. This dispatch time is given in good faith and may vary during busy periods, stock delays, courier disruption or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Orders are shipped using DPD or another suitable delivery partner. Tracking may be provided where available.

The cost of delivery is calculated and shown during the checkout process before you place your order.

We reserve the right to deliver your order in separate shipments where necessary.

Unless otherwise agreed, goods will be delivered within 30 days of the order being accepted.

We are not liable for delay or failure to deliver where the delay or failure is caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, stock disruption, adverse weather, strikes or other operational disruption.

Please ensure that your delivery details are complete and accurate. We cannot be responsible for failed or delayed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your order as soon as possible after delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us in writing within 24 hours of receiving the shipment, including photographs of the damaged goods and packaging where possible.

If items are missing from your order, please notify us in writing within seven days of receiving your order.

Where an item is confirmed to be missing or damaged, our responsibility is limited to replacing the affected product within a reasonable time or issuing a refund for the affected item.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Cancellation Rights for Consumers

If you are buying as a consumer, you usually have the right to cancel your online order without giving a reason.

You have 14 days after the day you receive the goods to notify us that you wish to cancel.

To cancel, please contact us by email or telephone using the contact details below:

Email: sales@citroxbio.co.uk
Telephone: 01480 862085

After notifying us that you wish to cancel, you must return the goods to us within 14 days.

You are responsible for the cost of returning goods unless the goods are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.

Returned goods must be returned in a resaleable condition, unused and in their original packaging where possible.

We may reduce your refund if the value of the goods has been reduced by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method where possible. We will refund the standard delivery cost paid for the original order where required by law. If you selected a more expensive delivery option, we are only required to refund the cost of standard delivery.

We will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact the Citrox Protect Customer Support team:

Email: sales@citroxbio.co.uk
Telephone: 01480 862085

We will review the issue and advise on the appropriate return, replacement or refund process.

Returns must be approved by us before being sent back. If you return products without contacting us first, we may be unable to process the return efficiently and may refuse the return where permitted by law.

No discretionary returns will be accepted later than 30 days after receipt of your order.

Generally, returned goods must be unused, in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition.

For discretionary returns outside your statutory cancellation rights, we may apply a 15% handling charge. This handling charge does not apply where the goods are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or where applying the charge would conflict with your statutory rights.

Refunds will normally be made to the original payment method.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

If goods are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may ask for photographs, batch information, order details or return of the product so that we can investigate the issue.

Where goods are confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, we will offer an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, refund or another solution in accordance with your statutory rights.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable consumer protection laws.

Subject to this, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of business, loss of opportunity or business interruption.

For business customers, our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the price paid for the goods in that order, unless a higher liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delay or failure to perform our obligations where this is caused by events outside our reasonable control.

This may include courier disruption, strikes, adverse weather, supply-chain disruption, fire, flood, pandemic, governmental action, system failures or other events beyond our reasonable control.
